Are you aware of the dangers that occur when you sleep on your belly or your back?

Many people don’t know that sleeping on their belly or backside can put them in serious danger. Doctors have proven that sleeping on the right side of the body is the perfect sleeping position. This is because pressure on the heart is lessened. The liver also is stable in this position and it is not left hanging. In addition the stomach is perched correctly which allows it to digest food much easier.

There are other benefits from sleeping on the right side of the body. Some studies have shown that this position makes the function of the left pulmonary bronchitis easier in getting rid of the mucus secretions. These studies have also stated that putting the right side of the head down on the right-hand side while sleeping leads to the brain discharging extra and harmful negatively-charged impulses through a series of vibrations. This leads to a total relaxation for perfect sleep.

The harmful effects caused by sleeping on the back:

Sleeping on your back causes oral breathing. This  because the mouth is open when you lay down on your back in order to relax the lower jaw. Oral breathing increases the risk of catching colds and influenza in winter. In addition this causes dry mouth; which in turn leads to gum immflamations and periodontal diseases. When you sleep in this position the palate and uvula oppose the bluegill so it blocks the airway which causes snoring. The breather wakes up, his mouth and tong are covered of an unusual white coat in addition to bad breath. This position is not at all suitable for the spinal column because it will not be straight, thus it will have cervical and lumbar curves.

The harmful effects caused by sleeping on the left side of the body:

Sleeping on the left side as well has negative effects on the human body, it puts the heart under the pressure of the right lung. This is because the right lung is bigger than its left counterpart. This compression  effects the heart's function and reduces its activity; especially in old people. A full stomach as well pushes against it and that increases the pressure as well. In addition the liver remains the heaviest organ; it will not be stable but hanging by ligaments. And as it’s situated on the right side, it will put pressure on the heart and stomach which delays any gastric offload.
