Seven Tips for Natural Beauty

Have you noticed that regular men and women, as opposed to some actors, are choosing to age naturally? We, of the baby boomer generation, feel connected to the natural order of things, and aging is a process of nature. Does that mean that we do nothing to maintain or improve natural beauty? Heck no! But, we stand for kindness and simplicity. Animal testing is abhorrent to us. We want to have products that come from nature to grasp our natural beauty.

Natural beauty come from within and without, meaning what we eat affects our skin as an organ and what products we do or do not use will affect that face that stares back at you in the mirror. The average person wants to see a lovely or handsome face, an acceptable first impression. That makes you feel good about yourself and that is a good thing for your skin too. Happy people glow with natural beauty.
I have watched Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, age over the last four years. Saying she has a stressful job and life is an understatement. So, for her choice of natural beauty, she must work harder to de-stress, eat and sleep well, and work hard to maintain body balance that shows in glowing natural beauty. I admire that being in the spotlight, Ms. Clinton, provides us a good example of choosing not to go under the knife. She is saying with her actions, to me at least, that this is me without alteration.
Many of those in our aging population choose natural beauty as well. I do. I am proud of my age and what I have accomplished and I don't want to hide it. I do want to present my best face forward. Don't get me wrong. I do not like the baggy eyes, brown spots, numerous wrinkles and big pores. Here is a start toward natural beauty from my experience and research of the literature.
Seven Tips for Natural Beauty
1. Eat colorful produce, the bounty of the earth.
2. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
3. Replace red meat with fish.
4. Find a product you like for natural and organic beauty, like Juara.
5. Exercise some each day.
6. Use witch hazel after you wash your face. It is cheap and minimizes pores.
7. Know that you are putting your best face forward and love the skin you are in.
I wish you the best of luck with your quest to age gracefully. Make it easy and fun and you will be successful.
