Dust mites: the unwanted houseguest

It’s the dust mites they are spider-like microscopic insects, they sleep with us every night! They live in bedding mattresses blankets and pillows .They travel trough the air and are too small to be seen. in order to get rid of them we must expose bedding to the sun, because they are sensitive to the latter , knowing that these insects don’t get affected by washing with detergents but by wiping down the bed by hand at least 3 times before you sleep , this helps to decrease them. when we sleep , some dead cells fall off to the bed sheets and by time they multiple then get oxidized , Penetrates the human body and causes diseases  like eye irritations(conjunctivitis), running nose and sneezing(rhinitis),cough and other respiratory problems(asthma) in addition to skin problems such as rach and itching(dermatitis).

There are some other ways to decrease the dust mites like maintaining relative humidity between 30 percent and 50 percent. Dust mites need humid conditions in order to be able to live and thrive. At lower humidity levels, dust mites die of dehydration. Without forgetting to wipe down the bed by hand every night before sleeping.
